Based in Boulder, Z2 Entertainment stands as Colorado’s premier independent live music promoter and entertainment company. Formed in 2010 through the merger of two iconic Boulder venues—the Fox Theatre and Boulder Theater—Z2 now operates and books talent for the Fox Theatre, Boulder Theater, Aggie Theatre, and 10 Mile Music Hall’s ski series, as well as managing booking and production for Colorado Chautauqua’s summer concert series.

As Ticketing Manager, I led end-to-end ticketing operations across four venues, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for all guests. My responsibilities included:

• Creating and managing high-priority events and upgraded ticket options.
• Collaborated with AXS IT to ensure all ticketing equipment and systems operated flawlessly
• Working with marketing teams to implement effective promotional campaigns, driving ticket sales and audience engagement
• Building relationships with promoters, clients, and partners to expand ticket distribution and reach new audiences
• Compiling detailed monthly financial reports and custom sales analytics for special promotions
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and inform strategic event planning and pricing decisions
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring ticketing staff, and implementing a mentoring program to foster team growth and engagement
• Managing team schedules, allocating resources for peak times and special events, and serving as manager on duty to ensure top-tier customer service

My role at Z2 Entertainment allowed me to combine operational expertise with a passion for live music, supporting successful events and enhancing the concert-going experience across Colorado.
